Keith Frazier - Founder, President and CEO
Keith Frazier brings experience in product development and sales from a career in internet based services, electronic manufacturing, and project management in both the domestic and international markets.
Before founding BirdNest Services, Mr. Frazier co-founded BirdNest Software to provideweb based environmental compliance services. Prior to joining BirdNest, he founded AssetMining and brought his development expertise to OnlineCommerce Corporation to launch Asset Optimizer, a Web-based asset management system for the oil and steel scrap industries. As co-founder and president of OMC Controls, Mr. Frazier led the development of the CONTROL DRILL integrated instrumentation system, an innovation used to simplify and improve the driller's workstation. He started his career in oil & gas services in both the domestic and foreign markets, and he reinforced his skills in planning and project management during assignments in Southeast Asia and the Middle East for Reading & Bates Drilling Co.
Mr. Frazier has served on the Advisory Board of Technology Entrepreneurs' eXchange and on the steering committee of the Emerging Business Council of the Greater Houston Partnership.
Mr. Frazier earned his MBA at the University of Texas in Austin.

Gary Lassin - Vice President and COO
Gary Lassin brings more than 30 years of successful entrepreneurial, sales and business development experience to BirdNest.
As a co-founder and CEO of ARM Trading, Mr. Lassin developed knowledge and expertise as a liquidator of surplus computers and computer parts and asset recovery liquidation. In 1999 Mr. Lassin founded M2k, Inc. a Houston-based consulting firm offering strategic planning, business development and surplus inventory solutions. He served as Interim CEO for a local business selling computers and computer parts through eBay auctions on an enterprise level. Prior to M2k, Mr. Lassin served as a Director and Business Development Manager for KJ Investments, a Pennsylvania-based venture capital investment firm and Internet incubator. Mr. Lassin was a Co-Founder and served as President of Ace Designs, President of Duplex Display and Vice-President of Sales for Hughes Enterprises.
Mr. Lassin has served as a Mentor for the Houston Technology Center and as a board member for the National Association of Display Industries.
